Rattler Nation get ready! The 2018-19 Season is almost here!

The Medicine Hat College Rattlers are gearing up to get underway for the 2018-19 season.  Soccer is the first one out of the gate as the Rattlers open their season on the road against the Olds College Broncos on September 8th.  Basketball will close out the regular season for the Rattlers with home games against the St. Mary's University Lightning February 22.

Along with regular season action, the MHC Rattlers golf teams are excited to welcome the nation as they play host to the 2018 PING CCAA National Golf Championship from October 15-19 at Desert Blume.

Rattlers futsal will begin their seasons in early 2019 culminating in the ACAC Championships March 15-17 in Lethbridge where the women's team will be going for a sixth consecutive championship.

"Rattlers Athletics is excited to get the 2018-19 season started, which begins with our second annual Rattlers Combine on Saturday, August 25 at 9:00 am, as our Rattlers will begin fitness testing and participating in orientation sessions.  Traditionally, the summer is the off season for college athletics, but our Rattlers Athletics staff have been hard at work preparing for the 2018-19 regular season and planning to be great hosts for the 2018 CCAA Ping National Golf Championships.  We invite everyone to visit our website rattlers.ca to check out our home schedule and stop by the Medicine Hat College campus to catch a game and watch some incredibly talented student-athletes strut their stuff" said Terry Ballard, Manager of Sport and Wellness.

September 15, Soccer Home Opener against the Ambrose University Lions. Women at 2:00PM, Men at 4:00PM on the MHC Pitch.

October 12, Basketball Home Opener against the St. Mary's University Lightning. Women at 6:00Pm, Men at 8:00PM in the Snake Pit.

October 20, Volleyball Home Opener against the Ambrose University Lions. Women at 1:00PM, Men at 3:00PM in the Snake Pit.
